WhatsappA US Appeals Court in Arkansas decided to uphold the anti-BDS law. Meaning, it was accepted that anti-BDS laws do not infringe on freedom of speech. This is an interesting case. It makes it clear that the BDS movement is not about speaking. It is about conduct – about making decisions to boycott, divest, and sanction any company that works with Israel.
The battle against the BDS movement is the battle against blatant anti-Israel racism. Boycotts against a whole people or an entire country is different than any other boycott. It is all about creating hostility against Jews, under the guise of caring for the human rights of the so-called “Palestinian people.”
30 States have already enacted these laws. But much more needs to be done. The main thing that needs to be done is a concerted and persistent effort to expose the BDS for what they are – a movement to destroy the State of Israel.
This is not mere opinion. The founder of the BDS movement declared clearly that he sees no reason to assume that the State of Israel will not cease to exist one day. This is who Israel is up against. Know thine enemy.
