On October 29, 2022 Reuters reported “The man who clubbed U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband in the head with hammer…faced charges of attempted murder and other felonies a day later…Police identified the man arrested at the scene as David DePape, 42. He, too, was taken to a San Francisco hospital, but it was not made clear whether he was there for medical or psychiatric care or both…In the search for a motive, attention turned to the suspect’s apparent internet profile. In recent posts on several websites, an internet user named “daviddepape” expressed support for former President Donald Trump and embraced the cult-like conspiracy theory QAnon. The posts included references to “satanic pedophilia,” anti-Semitic tropes and criticism of women, transgender people and censorship by tech companies…”
On October 28, 2022 the Los Angeles Times reported “In the months before police accused him of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Friday morning, David DePape had been drifting further into the world of far-right conspiracies, antisemitism and hate, according to a Times review of his online accounts. In a personal blog that DePape maintained, posts include such topics as “Manipulation of History,” “Holohoax” and “It’s OK to be white.” He mentioned 4chan, a favorite message board of the far right. He posted videos about conspiracies involving COVID-19 vaccines and the war in Ukraine being a ploy for Jewish people to buy land.
“DePape’s screeds included posts about QAnon, an unfounded theory that former President Trump is at war with a cabal of Satan-worshipping elites who run a child sex ring and control the world. In an Aug. 23 entry titled “Q,” DePape wrote: “Either Q is Trump himself or Q is the deepstate moles within Trumps inner circle.””
The Hill Reported “President Biden on Friday called the attack on Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) husband at their San Francisco home “despicable” and suggested it was a natural progression from lies Republicans have spread about the 2020 election.”
On October 29, 2022 the Gateway Pundit posted evidence that the “Two Far-Right Websites Attributed to David DePape to Smear Conservatives Were FABRICATED”
” The mainstream media attributed two websites to the man arrested with Paul Pelosi on early Friday morning, David DePape. However, this all appears to be another far-left farce. David DePape was found with Paul Pelosi early Friday morning in his underwear at the Pelosi home by police in San Francisco. The mainstream media immediately tried to cover for the Pelosi family. They then attempted to align the man in his underwear found with Paul Pelosi as a conservative. But it was all a lie. There are numerous questions related to this case already. There Are Multiple Problems with the Paul Pelosi – David DePape Story – Nothing Adds Up. Two Far-Right Websites Attributed to David DePape to Smear Conservatives Were FABRICATED – They Were Created Friday and Deleted Saturday In addition, the media tried to frame DePape as a conservative based on websites that were reportedly his. DePape was homeless and a drug addict but the media insisted he was running a conservative website? Makes perfect sense…
“…The problem is the websites cited by the mainstream media that were supposedly aligned with DePape were created yesterday and they are no longer active today. The site Godisloving.wordpress.com was opened yesterday and shut down on Saturday. If you try to link to it now, you will find it has been shut down.
“The other site listed, www.frenlyfrens.com/blog is no longer active as well. It too was created yesterday and shut down on Saturday. The only activity on this site as well was in the last two days.
” It looks like this is all another far-left conjured-up lie. The websites reportedly connected to Paul Pelosi’s “friend” in his underwear are totally fake.
“They were created on Friday and deleted on Saturday and the only activity in them was over the past few days.
“The Pelosis must be scared for peopple to know the truth about what was happening in their mansion in San Francisco early on Friday morning. So who created these websites?”
The link above shows screenshots that show when the websites were created and deleted not shown in the quote above. Please see them here.
Author Michael Shellenberger researched DePape and found out that he does not fit the mold of a Conservative “… In past years DePape shared a post about Stephen Colbert’s 2006 roast of President George W. Bush at the White House Correspondents dinner; linked to videos of Disney films altered to make it look like the characters were swearing; and claimed, “Jesus is the anti-Christ” — not exactly a litany of right-wing tropes.
“The camper van parked in the driveway of the home belonging to David DePape’s ex-wife. The “Natural addiction treatment” that it’s advertising is of the psychedelic ibogaine, which neighbors say the DePape family has been bringing back to the United States from Mexico. The bumper stickers on the back of the camper are left-wing and conspiratorial.
“And, as I discovered yesterday, DePape lived with a notorious local nudist in a Berkeley home, complete with a Black Lives Matter sign in the window and an LGBT rainbow flag, emblazoned with a marijuana symbol, hanging from a tree. A closer look reveals the characteristics of a homeless encampment, or what Europeans call “an open drug scene.” In the driveway, there is a broken-down camper van.
“On the street is a yellow school bus, which neighbors said DePape occasionally stayed in. Both are filled with garbage typical of such structures in homeless encampments. People come and go from the house and the vehicles, neighbors say, in part to partake in the use of a potent psychedelic drug, ibogaine. Neighbors described DePape as a homeless addict with a politics that was, until recently, left-wing, but of secondary importance to his psychotic and paranoid behavior.
“What I know about the family is that they’re very radical activists,” said one of DePape’s neighbors, a woman who only gave her first name, Trish.
“They seem very left. They are all about the Black Lives Matter movement. Gay pride. But they’re very detached from reality. They have called the cops on several of the neighbors, including us, claiming that we are plotting against them. It’s really weird to see that they are willing to be so aggressive toward somebody else who is also a lefty.” https://michaelshellenberger.substack.com/p/pelosi-attack-suspect-was-a-psychotic

What is the truth? Is DePape a right wing anti-semite (as the main stream media is trying to depict him) or is there someone trying to distort the truth to try to falsely blame conservatives?
