Islamophobia is NOT a phobia. Non-Muslims have every reason to be afraid of jihadi, sharia, intolerant and violent Islam. It is important to clarify that not every Muslim believes in the Islamic belief of turning the whole world into a Muslim caliphate where non-Muslims are treated as second-class citizens and allowed to be controlled by the Muslim authorities, but hundreds of millions of Muslims do believe in that. Therefore people have every reason to be afraid of Islam and those that religiously follow jihadi, sharia Islam.
