Nadia Matar & Yehudit Katzover just received the Moskowitz Prize for Zionism at the 12th annual Prize ceremony in Jerusalem.

Do not miss their inspiring words about the past, present and future of the Jewish people’s return to our ancestral homeland. They have accomplished so much and they are inspiring so many youth to follow in their path because they know the future of the Jewish people is in the hands of our ideological youth! Such inspiring words!!! The sovereignty movement for Judea & Samaria is today a political reality thanks to these two women who created the national awareness for it!

The Moskowitz Prize

The “Lion of Zion” Moskowitz prize was presented to Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, chairwomen of the Movement for Sovereignty by Women in Green, to Moshe Koppel, a founder of the research institute Kohelet Forum. and to the mayor of Beit Shemesh, Aliza Bloch.

This Prize was established in 2008 as an expression of support for people who put Zionism into action in today’s Israeli society by American physician and philanthropist Irving Moskowitz, who passed away in 2016, and by his wife Cherna.

Matar and Katzover both speak of the utmost importance of the Moskowitz Prize in encouraging Zionist action in the present generation. They believe that with the plethora of prizes out there, this prize is the most important, and the basis upon which all others rely. Without the people active for the Jewish People’s growth in our ancestral homeland, what Zionism is all about, there would not be an Israel Prize, science prizes, movie prizes, or Israelis winning Nobel prizes. To this dynamic duo of powerhouses for the Jewish people, the Moskowitz Prize for Zionism is more important than the internationally esteemed Nobel prizes that Israelis receive.
