It took only three days after Hezbollah murdered 12 Druze children in the Golan, but the Iranian proxy murdered another Israeli in the Galilee after they shot a barrage of rockets.
Northern Israel remains on edge, with most people expecting a severe IDF retaliation against Hezbollah in the next few days after Hezbollah massacred a dozen children and now another casualty. Reports suggest the US is trying to dissuade Israel from attacking Beirut and Lebanese infrastructure and rather target specific Hezbollah sites. Whatever, the response, one should assume Netanyahu will follow through on his harsh response committment. Israelis are seething and begging the government to finish Hezbollah off.
Reshef Nuriel, a United Hatzalah volunteer EMT who arrived at the scene, said: “I performed CPR together with an intensive care ambulance team on a man about 30 years old who, according to bystanders, was hit by rocket shrapnel. Unfortunately, after prolonged resuscitation efforts, he was pronounced dead.”
The IDF stated, “Following the sirens that sounded in the area of the Upper Galilee, approximately 10 projectiles crossed from Lebanon into Israeli territory, the majority were intercepted. A hit was identified in the area of HaGoshrim in northern Israel. Reports were received regarding a civilian that was injured as a result of the attack. The IDF is currently striking the sources of fire.”
“Additionally, earlier today, the IAF struck Hezbollah terror infrastructure in the area of Jibchit in southern Lebanon.”
