Israel Attacks Syria – Iran Threatens To Wipe Out Tel Aviv and Haifa

by Micha Gefen

War in the Middle East is drawing closer as Israel hits targets just outside of Damascus, despite Russian involvement there.

In reaction to the attack and the assassination of a chief scientist, Iran threatened to level both Tel Aviv and Haifa.

While no confirmation was made by Israel that they assassinated the Iranian scientist, Prime Minister Bennett appeared to hint at it on Twitter. The hint has since drawn the ire of Israel’s security establishment as it endangers agents in the field.

The attack in Syria comes at a dangerous time for Israel. The Bennett-Abbas government is on the brink of collapse giving Israel a serious leadership vacuum. According to intelligent reports, Iran is said to be closing in on enough nuclear material for three bombs. If this is the case then Israel must act and act now.
