WhatsappA massive National Guard troop injection, never before seen in Washington D.C., sees the militarization of the nation’s capital with 25,000 troops as well as FEMA personnel.
The US Military has decided to vet all 25,000 National Guardsman to make sure that none of them have any loyalties to President Trump. After all, these National Guardsman are being sent from across the country, from places that have shown signs of severe disagreement with how the election results transpired.
More than that, when the military does something and announce, it is not for nothing, but to send a message that something serious is happening.
Conspiracy theories across the web seem to believe that there will be an inside action against the incoming administration from members of the military. Of course, there has been no proof given for any of this and for someone on active duty, even with preferences for Trump to carry out such an attack would need to be fully backed up by high ranking officials.
Still, most observers agree that the troop build is out of the ordinary, even for the current situation and leads one to believe that the military is expecting something to happen.
One must remember that it is President Trump himself sho signed the orders to bring this many National Guardsman into D.C. and it is his acting Secretary of Defense that will have control of them up until the moment Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are sworn in.
Why would President Trump call such a large force into Washington D.C. and for what purpose, since most inauguration events have been cancelled due to COVID-19?
