There are many challenges when it comes to producing new drugs and medications to help humans. Firstly, developing drugs to cure diseases takes time. It can take a decade, as said in this video. And the additional problem is that mice and rats are often used. But those animals are not identical to humans. Israel, though, might have just changed the entire game of drug development.
What Israel has done to develop a cancer drug is miraculous. Taking human cells and creating organs, using sensors – it is mind-boggling!
Some people don’t like testing on animals, but aside from that, it is just not so accurate, as discussed in this video. At the end of the day, mice and rats are just not made up of the same genes as humans are. And that can cause many mistakes along the way.
There are really so many reasons why what Israel has done is so great. Another reason it is so game-changing is because it can bring down the cost of drug development. It costs more money than anyone can imagine in order to produce drugs and bring them to the market. Cutting down the cost allows for more opportunity to widely spread new drugs. And all of this progress by Israel can save lives and cure people throughout the world.
G-d has clearly blessed Israel with the brains, motivation, and technology to change the world.
