The Strength of the Jewish People
What has been happening in Israel is horrifying beyond words. It is literally unimaginable. It’s hard to stay positive when it seems like so much tragedy and trauma has occurred for the Jewish people in such a small amount of time.
And then you see a video like this. You see a video of soldiers who put all their trust in G-d. Watching soldiers who know their job is to defend G-d’s people is inspiring. Whether or not they are afraid, they know that G-d is in charge. They know that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing in order to ensure the safety of the Jewish nation and the Jewish state. These soldiers remain strong and full of faith despite what has transpired.
The enemy of the people of Israel has one goal: To kill the Jewish people. They want to obliterate the state of Israel. They are not there to defend their own people. Their sole purpose is to murder. The nation of Israel on the other hand acts to defend and preserve life. They wish they didn’t have to kill anyone. But in order to defend their own people, the IDF must do everything in its power to save its own. And when they go out knowing G-d is on their side, they will win with His help. Because the Jewish people have no other choice but to put their lives in G-d’s hand and fight with everything they have.
