For the first time since Iran launched its war directly against Israel, we had a full night’s sleep. No rocket sirens. No 3 a.m. sprints to the safe room. No kids crying in fear. Just silence. Peaceful silence. And sleep.
For that, we are deeply grateful.
But I’d be lying if I said this morning felt normal.
There’s a strange, surreal fog over Israel right now. The kind of fog that comes after a storm—but while the clouds are still gathering on the horizon, especially as I expressed yesterday all the doubts about this “ceasefire.”
People are sending their kids to school. They’re back at work. The roads are buzzing again. But underneath the surface, everyone knows: this isn’t really over.
Because it’s not.
This so-called ceasefire with Iran may have stopped the Islamic regime’s rockets for a moment, but the war hasn’t ended. Not in Gaza. Not in the north. Not with the hostages still rotting in Hamas tunnels. And not with a genocidal Islamic regime in Tehran still standing.

This morning, as if to jolt us back to reality, we woke up to devastating news: seven more holy IDF soldiers killed in Gaza.
Seven more of our sons, our brothers, our heroes, taken from us.
While headlines celebrate a ceasefire, our holy soldiers are still dying in combat in a war that we must win on all fronts to protect ourselves.
This is not normal.
And we shouldn’t pretend it is.
We still have work to do:
– We must finish the job in Gaza.
– We must free our remaining hostages and bring them home.
– We must implement President Trump’s Gaza Emigration Plan.
– And we must ensure that **Gaza never again becomes a launchpad for terror, but instead, a peaceful part of our Jewish homeland by making Gaza Jewish Again!
And yet, while we try to breathe for a moment here in Israel, across the ocean, in the heart of the Jewish diaspora — New York City — a dark storm is brewing.
In the Democratic primary, voters just handed a victory to Zohran Mamdani, a radical, Jew-hating antisemite who:
– Called for the globalization of the intifada, which is indirect support for the Oct. 7th invasion and massacre of innocent Jews.
– Promised to arrest Prime Minister Netanyahu if he sets foot in New York.
– Preaches Marxist anti-capitalist ideology, and
– Ignores the racism, persecution, and brutality of Muslim regimes around the world, while instead highlighting Israel.
Let’s be clear: this man hates Israel and hates Jews, yet, once again, many progressive New York Jews voted for him and will vote for him, because they have traded their authentic Jewish identity for a progressive identity.
Most disturbing is that Mamdani is not on the fringe of the Democratic party. He just won a Democratic primary in New York City. And if trends continue, this man could very well be the future Mayor of one of the most important cities in America that also has the largest Jewish population.
To my fellow American Jews: wake up.
France ignored the signs. So did Britain.
Today, Jewish life in those countries is not safe. Life for non-Jews in France and Britain is also not safe, as Jew-hating antisemitism and anti-Western sentiments surge in the name of progressivism and “justice.”
America is heading down the same path — faster than most people think.
This is the work of the red-green/neo-Marxist-Islamist alliance.
As I’ve always said: I want Jews to come home to Israel because it’s our home. Because it’s a blessing. Because this is where our destiny lives — where we are writing Jewish history.
But please, don’t ignore the warning signs.
Jew-hatred is no longer hiding. It’s marching openly through the streets. It’s winning elections. It’s mainstreamed by the Left, and as we’ve seen during this war, by parts of the Right as well.
This isn’t about politics. It’s about survival.
Here in Israel, we just fought a direct war with Iran for 12 days and lived to tell the tale, thanks to our soldiers, our leadership, and most of all, thanks to Hashem.
Miracles surrounded us, from the skies to the ground.
But the battle is not over — not for Israel, and not for Jews anywhere.
So yes, we pause. We breathe. We thank God for the quiet.
But we stay awake. We must always stay awake. This is our new reality. Our new normal. Jew-hatred, with legitimized violence against us, is back — against all of us, everywhere, and we must be aware of this new reality.
But our future in our ancestral homeland, Israel, is bright, because we are awake to the dangers and because of the spiritual awakening we are experiencing as a nation.
We stay strong.
We stay proud.
We stay vigilant.
And most importantly — we remember who we are.
Because the future isn’t written by those who wait for others to act.
It’s written by those who rise up, with faith, with courage, and with clarity, and build.
Am Yisrael Chai!!!
