With retaliatory airstrikes numbering close to 1,000 and the coming ground offensive into the Gaza Strip, the far left “woke” apologists have already started to blame Israel for the massacre that took place against its citizens.
The above video is a first hand account of ZAKA volunteers recounting the sheer evil that Hamas is. Burned bodies, decapitated babies, and the wholesale slaughter of entire families make all of us recall not just the Holocaust, but the centuries of pogroms against the Jews from around the world.
I often times fly to the Ukraine – specifically Uman for the Jewish New Year. While there is great joy there, there is tremendous pain. The 33,000 Jews killed in the Uman massacre of 1768 are buried in a mass grave. A smaller mass grave up the street in the “New” Cemetery of 3,000 Jews killed in the pogroms of 1918 is marked by a monument. And we all know that the Nazis with their Ukrainian counterparts exterminated the Jews of Uman.
Uman is a small microcosm of the thousands of years of brutality aimed at the Jewish people.
The State of Israel was supposed to be an answer to the exilic oppression of the Jewish people. We have always seen terror attacks as a necessary evil in the path towards liberating our Land. The worst terror attack in Israel until the latest had been the the Park Hotel Passover Massacre in Netanya on 27 March 2002. 30 people were killed that night and for that Prime Minister Sharon launched Defensive Shield, which was total war against the Arafat terror machine in Judea and Samaria.
Now we are talking about nearly 30 times the amount that were killed in Netanya more than 21 years ago. This is pogrom level atrocities – something all Israeli leaders claim the State is here to prevent. The international community may not yet understand what is about to happen to Gaza, but the fact is, the IDF may be ordered to level it completely. Its populace is what I term Zombie Nazis – indoctrinated at birth to kill Jews. Gaza supports Hamas and their actions. We therefore have no choice but to end this once and for all. We must do this, not only to defend ourselves and liberate our land, but to sanctify the Name of the Almighty in front of the whole world. We are told in the Torah to completely wipe out evil. This time we must finish the job.
