The Daring Operation that Rescued More than 100,000 Jews from Iraq

by Leah Rosenberg

Jews from Iraq once thrived in the country. They contributed to the success of Iraq. And now, there are but a handful of Jews left there.

Jews from Iraq

The Jewish state cares about the Jewish people. Israel has carried out countless rescue operations bringing home Jews from countries and places throughout the world.

But it seems that many don’t know history. Because this is just one example of many where Jews were living in Arab countries for thousands of years and were suddenly attacked, persecuted, and expelled. Yes – JEWS were the ones expelled from ARAB countries.

The world loves to talk about what takes place in Israel. They falsely claim that Israel ethnically cleanses its Arab population. But is that true? Far from it. All you need to do is take a look at how many Arabs live in the Jewish state of Israel vs how many Jews live in Arab countries nowadays. There are 1.8 million non-Jews living in Israel, majority of which are Muslim Arabs.

And what about Jews in Arab countries? There are only a few thousand left in ALL the Arab countries combined. Hillel Neuer said it best in his famous UN speech asking the Arab countries “Where are your Jews?”

Israel’s Connection to the Bible and its Past

It is interesting to note that the name of this specific operation was Ezra and Nehemiah. As mentioned in the video, these were the leaders who brought the Jews back to Israel from the Babylonian exile. Babylon is present day Iraq. The name of this operation signifies Israel’s connection to the Bible and history.

Israel and the Jewish people bring the Bible to life. It’s honestly the only way to be the eternal nation.
