Congresswoman Ilhan Omar does not have a good track record when it comes to comments she has made about America, the president, and Israel. She referred to 9/11 as “some people did something.” Omar said that “Israel has hypnotized the world.” The list can go on and on. She does not condemn terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda and Hamas the way EVERY American congressman and congresswoman should – the way every America should.
She loves to run around and talk about how she is a proud Muslim, but then when the limelight is on her and she is asked to condemn things like female genital mutilation (FGM), she lashes out at a fellow Muslim who asked the question. Something seems a bit wrong with that…
Take a Stand
Omar claimed that people are always asking the Muslim legislators these types of questions. She asked how often she should be condemning terrorism and things like FGM. Miss Omar – ANYTIME you have the opportunity. If a fellow Muslim asks you to condemn FGM or anything else evil, you should take the opportunity to condemn the named evil.
What triggered Ilhan Omar so much that she refused to just politely condemn certain evils in the world? Why did she have to become so infuriated with another MUSLIM?
