Thousands of Jewish visitors ascended the Temple Mount over the Succot holiday, smashing records.
Interest in the Temple Mount has grown steady over the last decade, despite Arab obstinance. What was once a sparse few, Succot saw the largest amount of Jews ever ascend the holiest site in Judaism.
The Temple Mount was liberated in the Sixth Days war in 1967. Unfortunately the Jordanian Wakf was left in charge of the site. Wakf members routinely harass Jewish visitors, attempting to get them thrown off for infractions.
