The PR War – How to Win it
Of course everyone will have a different opinion on how to win the PR war for Israel. And Hillel Fuld made a few points here. But something extremely important that he mentioned was the fact that we are embarrassed by who we are sometimes. We apologize for who we are. And so, we try to hide the truth. But the truth is that we are destined to be “a light unto the nations.” G-d put us here to spread good and to spread G-d. Why should we be ashamed of that? Why should we be ashamed of who we are?
We are not doing something bad. The opposite! And somehow, we are the ones who try to hide it? Look at or enemies! They murder innocent people. They try to take over the world. And yet they are not embarrassed or ashamed. They are proud of their violent, barbaric ways. How twisted are things?
Be loud and proud of your Jewish identity! Be proud of what G-d intended for His people. Since when is it wrong to spread light?
