In the past Netanyahu had to cut deals with the left to form a government – this time the incoming Prime Minister can make a truly rightwing coalition. Although the left has attacked the incoming coalition as “racist” it may be the best coalition to make peace with more Arab countries like Saudi Arabia.
It is clear that Bibi’s plan other than stopping Iran involves making peace with Saudi Arabia. Surprisingly, this coalition despite being super rightwing is the best coalition to make peace with Saudi Arabia. Arab society respects tradition and strength – two things this coalition has.
