Shulamit Kishik-Cohen was a unique person. The things that she did for Israel are amazing. The fact that there are people out there who are literally willing to risk their lives for the Jewish state is inspiring. They know that what they do might cost them their lives, but they do it anyway. Because they want to give to their homeland; they want to take part in helping it. And people like Shulamit Kishik-Cohen do not do it for honor. They do it because they love Israel.
Shulamit helped out Israel in so many ways, including bringing more Jews from Arab countries to Israel. They were being persecuted, and she wanted to bring them to safety. It is such a beautiful thing to bring more Jews home to their ancient, ancestral homeland!
The things that this special woman did she did because she just wanted to help her beloved state and land. Even if we are not all going to be undercover agents, maybe we can all contribute more to our homeland. It might not include spying and risking our lives. We are not all made for that job. But there are many ways to help the Jewish homeland, and we can all find those ways. Everyone is capable of contributing something. Let’s all honor Shulamit’s memory by giving a little more to Israel.
