Kasim Hafeez hated Jews and the West. Alan Dershowitz’s book “The Case for Israel” made him furious – but also curious. And that’s when he visited Israel. What he found was completely unexpected. This is his journey.
The Book That Changed a Man
All it took was a book.
Hafeez was on his way to a terrorist training camp in Pakistan. But before he left England for Pakistan, he found Alan Dershowitz’s book “The Case for Israel” and it made him furious. All the information in the book contradicted everything he was taught about Israel and the Jews. The Jews were evil. The Jews took advantage of the Holocaust to steal land from “palestinians” and set up the State of Israel. Yet, the book introduced him to facts that contradicted it all. He learned that a Jewish state was something the Jews started working towards in the 19th century, way before the Holocaust. That a Jewish country in Israel was an idea from 4,000 years ago, not as a result of the Nazi extermination of the Jews in the holocaust.
Visiting Israel Clinched It
Kasim Hafeez made the brave decision to see the truth with his own eyes. Was the truth with the Muslim Imams and College Professors who taught him about Israel that motivated him to become a jihadi terrorist? Or was the truth what Alan Dershowitz wrote in his book “The Case for Israel?” So he bought a ticket to Israel to see the truth for himself. And he found out that Dershowitz was correct and the Muslim Imams and College Professors were wrong.
Change is Possible
Kasim Hafeez’s message to all Israel haters is simple.
“Seek out the truth. If the truth can change me, it can change anyone.”
