The Dead Sea is one of the most popular places in Israel to visit. It is known for its salt content. But have you ever seen something like this before?

Floating in the Dead Sea

People go to the Dead Sea to swim – or rather, to float. It is so salty that humans can float around! It is basically impossible to submerge oneself inside the body of water.

The phenomenon of the salt cubes is clearly seen in this raw clip of some local Israeli tourists noticing the unbelievable crystal nature of some of the deposits that wash away from the Dead Sea.

Most of the Israeli creams that have become internationally famous come from the Dead Sea deposits. Isn’t that fascinating?

Israel is Beautiful

Israel is an absolutely beautiful country. There is so much to discover and explore in the tiny Jewish state. You would never believe how small it really is because of all the history, tourist sites, stunning views, mountains, and landmarks.
