Jerusalem’s Old City is different than any other city. It’s ancient and beautiful. And if you take a walk through it at night, you’ll feel the peace.

Jerusalem’s Old City

There is something about Jerusalem’s Old City. If you have never been there, you should go. And if you have already been there, then you understand. People of all religions and faiths walk through the alleyways and touch the stones. You can feel history surrounding you as you make your way to the Western Wall. It is actually an indescribable feeling.

This video takes you through the Old City at night. Everything feels so peaceful. It is relaxing to just go along on a visual walk. All the conflict seems to disappear. Nothing seems to matter besides the present.

Where Ancient and Modern Meet

Jerusalem as a whole is a fascinating city. Ancient and modern meet to create a holy and stunning reality. Really, everywhere in Israel seems to create that feeling. Israel is rich with history, and yet it is vibrant with modernity. It is holy beyond words, and yet everyone seems to find something to relate to.

Hopefully, the time will come soon where peace is the norm and not the exception. Where everyone respects every person that steps foot in all parts of Israel. Where no one is trying to wipe out an entire nation.

But until then, Jerusalem’s Old City will continue to be a source of hope and inspiration to all who step foot on its holy streets.
