Rudy Giuliani on Trump and Israel
Regarding claims from Bibi Netanyahu’s political opponent that President Trump has been helping Bibi’s campaign, Giuliani said, “What was he supposed to do, not help Israel?” Even if by helping Israel he was helping Bibi, that is what allies do. They help each other.
But it is as simple and important as that: Help Israel. America and Israel are strong allies. Under Trump’s presidency, the friendship has become stronger. And there really is no other option besides helping Israel. Because that is what friends do.
Trump is Great for Israel
President Trump has been great for the state of Israel. He has kept his promise and moved the embassy to Jerusalem. He has recognized Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights. And he has defended Israel at the United Nations – the place that is a platform for antisemitism. No president has done what Trump has done. Although defending Israel and the Jewish people should be a given for the American president, it has not always been. But Trump has kept to his promises. And anyone who supports the state of Israel and the Jewish people should be thankful for what he has accomplished.
