WhatsappFor the first time in 21 years the IDF used helicopter gunships again targets in Judea and Samaria. It happens to be that Jenin has turned into another version of Gaza.
A joint IDF and border police announcement stated the following:
“Earlier today, IDF and Israel Border Police forces operated to apprehend two wanted suspects in the city of Jenin.
During the activity, a massive exchange of fire took place between the forces and armed gunmen in the area. Large numbers of explosive devices were hurled at the forces. The forces responded with live fire. Hits were identified.
As the security forces exited the city, a military vehicle was hit by an explosive device, damaging the vehicle.
In addition, after identifying armed gunmen in the city of Jenin, IDF helicopters opened fire toward the gunmen in order to assist in extraction of the forces.”
