Three Israeli civilians were wounded on Thursday in a Hezbollah drone strike near the northern border community of Rosh Hanikra, according to Israeli military and medical officials.

The attack targeted a parking area adjacent to the Lebanon border, where the explosive-laden drone impacted directly among civilian vehicles. Two of the wounded were listed in serious condition, while a third sustained light injuries.

The Israeli military condemned the incident as a direct breach of the ceasefire understandings with Hezbollah, accusing the Iranian-backed terror group of escalating tensions along the northern frontier despite ongoing diplomatic efforts to stabilize the area.

Medical teams evacuated the victims to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya, where hospital officials confirmed that two patients remain in serious condition and are receiving emergency treatment.

The incident comes amid growing concerns inside Israel’s defense establishment that Hezbollah is testing the limits of the current ceasefire framework while continuing to challenge Israeli military activity near the border.
