Jews of the Halle, Germany attack respond to terror with more love for God

by Leah Rosenberg

The Halle, Germany attack on Yom Kipper was vicious. Jews were finishing up their prayers to God on this holy day. But the survivors’ response? Amazing.

The Latest Germany Attack

Europe has not been void of antisemitism. Sadly, it is happening all too often. And on Yom Kipper, an antisemite murdered two innocent people outside a synagogue in Halle, Germany. This Germany attack is obviously not the first. The gunman even filmed himself murdering others in this sick act of hatred.

The gunman tried to enter the synagogue where dozens were praying, but thank God, he was not able to. This video is the unbelievable, strong response from the survivors of the attack.

The Nation of Israel Lives

This video was taken on a bus to the hospital. These Jews sang out a song to God that is sung on Yom Kipper. They continued singing. They continued dancing. Despite the antisemitism and the horrors that took place, these Jews showed the world that terrorism cannot defeat them.

As you can hear one woman shout out “Am Yisrael Chai! – The nation of Israel lives!” We have seen year after year, decade after decade, century after century, our enemies have tried to destroy us. But they have failed. And they will continue to fail. No one can beat us when we have God on our side watching over us.

THAT is our Superpower. What’s yours?
