In a chilling video, the small community of Jews of Naot David prayed outside in the empty main square of the Christian Quarter.

The Old City of Jerusalem is now emptied of tourists and its shops closed in all four quarters as the coronavirus continues spread in Israel albeit at a slower rate than in other countries.

The small Jewish Community of Naot David established by Ateret Cohanim in the Christian Quarter of the Old City were the only presence in the Muristan the quarter’s main square as it was the only place to keep 2 meters apart while praying.

The Old City presents a real problem as all of tis residents live in close contact with one another, which gives the virus ample opportunity to spread to others.
