Listening to Jared Kushner speak here is truly amazing. The hand of G-d is always at work, but sometimes it is more noticeable than other times. And when the senior advisor to the president is speaking of the prayers he says daily, it is something to pay attention to. Kushner knows that the only way peace in the Middle East is possible is with G-d’s help. The only way peace ANYWHERE is possible is with G-d’s help. Yes, there are messengers which G-d sends out to complete His will. And Kushner is acknowledging the fact that there are many people to thank. But he is also acknowledging the fact that the ultimate one to thank is G-d Himself. It is one thing to believe it, but it is another thing to publicly say it.
Listening to a Jew who has such a powerful job in the world say that he will continue to pray for his people is something beautiful.
Let’s all continue to pray for peace in Israel, the Middle East, and the world at large.
