While Hamas and Hezbollah threaten to attack Israel over Jerusalem Day celebrations, Israelis ascended the holiest site in Judaism in large numbers as radical islamist Arabs barricaded the Al Aqsa mosque.
Despite the ban on raising Israeli flags on the Temple Mount, the above video shows that visitors waved a number of flags. MK Itamar Ben Gvir ascended the Temple Mount saying the following:
“I expect the police to keep order — when they do that, they [the Palestinians] get the message. Even living here upsets them. So what? We should go back to Europe?”
Scuffles between radical muslim Arabs and police occurred throughout the night and morning, with reports of gangs of Arabs attacking Jews throughout the Old City.
