Donald Trump knows How To Talk To Terrorists

Tough talk. It is actually critical when it comes to dealing with terrorists that only understand power and weakness. But tough talk that is not accompanied with tough action is empty. Joe Biden’s toughness was summed up in one word – “Don’t.” Evidently that is what Biden’s handlers thought Biden was able to remember in an off-the-cuff manner. But Biden barely backed up his threats with tough action

Donald Trump is indeed a big talker. But he is also a big doer. Everybody that followed his 1st administration’s goals and accomplishments on the international stage can’t help but be impressed. He really indeed did handcuff Iran and nearly brought them to their knees. But the Biden administration revitalized Iran’s offensive capabilities through appeasement policies.

The bold declaration, which is basically a threat from Donald Trump, may turn out to be surprisingly effective. If leading up to Jan. 20th, the hostage talks turn into actual hostage releases, the odds are high that that will be due to the Trump threats. Note that Jimmy Carter, who lost the 1980 election, also managed to negotiate the freeing of US hostages in Iran right as Ronald Reagan assumed the Presidency. Many believed that this was because the Ayatollahs and terrorists simply did not want to deal with Reagan.

Sometimes the personality of the President does indeed have major ramifications in terms of actual policy and result with terrorists. This may be another instance.
