Kirk Cameron, best known for his role as Mike Seaver on Growing Pains stands out in Hollywood as a conservative and although he risks damage to his career, Camerons says, “I ave faith in a faithful God which has opened up doors for me so I can keep doing what I am doing and I think it’s really helping people.”
Hollywood has long been known as a “liberals only club” often ostracizing those actors or actresses that espouse religious or conservative views. While Cameron insists that Hollywood has more conservatives than one thinks, many of these conservatives remain hidden.
Ben Shapiro insists that many conservatives get flack depending on what Church or place of worship they attend. “What should they do?” Ben asks.
Cameron says, “Go with your convictions.”
At the end of the day, if more actors and actressess do as Cameron suggests then Hollywood might just change afterall. This seems to be his mission.
“We see more faith based movies and projects happening across the world,” Cameron insists. “This is a good thing.”
