Election Time In Israel – Will A Fourth Election Seal The Deal?

Today is election day in Israel. Usually Israelis would be excited to go out and vote, but after four elections in two years, there is clear election fatigue.

While the media wants everyone to believe that this election is a tight contest, there really is no alternative to Bibi Netanyahu. It is true, he may not have 61 seats, but no one does either.

The most likely scenario is that Netanyahu will end up with a very right wing slim 61 or 62 seat coalition. Like many people believe, this election may be pivotal for the rightwing in moving beyond the paradigms of old.

At stake is the future of building in Judea and Samaria and the rebuilding of the post COVID economy.
