WhatsappIn this executive order issued by President Trump a little over two years ago, the President makes it clear that there was a National Emergency due to foreign interference in the US elections.
Human Rights Attorney Leigh Dundas breaks down the executive order, explaining why it gives Trump the upperhand against Dominion Software and other nefarious actors.
Essentially, any foreign entity and those domestic entities that help them manipulate the elections will have their assets seized and will be liable for election fraud.
Guess what.
Dominion Election Software is a Toronto based firm – a foreign entity. Scytl, the Spanish company now residing in Franfurt, Germany that assisted in the data collection is a foreign entity. That means they are subject to this executive order.
Section One of the order states:
“Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.”
With the raid on Scytl having being carried out, it appears that the other fraud litigtion was just a smokescreen in order for the Trump team to gather the necessary information.
Expect the assessment on foreign interference to be publicized soon and yes this will be the shock we were expecting.
