Israeli politics is never dull. From one crisis to another, the Israeli political scene never seems boring. But it is sometimes challenging to see the light in the midst of all of the haggling and arguing. We aim to not only inform, but also to enlighten, and even entertain while bringing you the full gamut of discussions, issues, and controversies on the eve-changing Israeli political scene.
Joe Biden is just a skeleton of what he used to be. But whomever has been prescribing his meds over the last year should be rich as Biden is actually performing rather well in his challenged state. He is still using the faculties that he does have. He has always been a bit of a jokester, and still has that left. But, it is indeed scary that he is negotiating treaties with the most populous countries in the world and with the countries that pose the most important strategic threats to the United States.
The one laughing through the whole time has been Barack Obama. It is unclear to what extent Obama is pulling strings. But he is clearly the most important person that Biden’s advisors are listening to. If Biden holds on till the end of the primaries and then steps down to hand the baton to Kamala Harris, Obama will have succeeded in sliding Kamala into the drivers seat just in time to sidestep the primaries and face off against the Republican candidate.
It is indeed a perilous time in the United States.
