Eli Kay was murdered in cold blood by a Hamas terrorist. His bereaved father shares a powerful message with everyone who’s willing to listen.

Bereaved Father Shares Message from Son

Eliyahu David Kay was murdered in Jerusalem’s Old City by a vicious Hamas gunman. He was just 26 years old and engaged to be married. Eli’s life was cut short because he was a proud Jew in his ancient homeland. He did nothing wrong. He was killed for merely existing. You would think his bereaved father would have a message of hate for the murderer’s family and Arab terrorists. But his message actually shows the true essence of the Jewish people.

Eli’s father’s message was to love and give more, not to hate Arabs. The world needs to realize that about the Jewish people. They have a kindness to them that doesn’t respond with hate and animosity toward the entire Muslim population. Jews respond with doing something good in memory of the deceased. They respond with bringing more light and love into the world. There is enough hatred, and the people of Israel want to combat that, not add to it. Those close to Eli and the entire Jewish people want to honor his memory. And there is no better way to do that than to bring more kindness into the world in Eli’s name; to do something good in his memory. That is what his family wants.

They don’t want the Jews to hate more. They want the Jews to continue living their lives to the fullest.

The Jewish people are here to stay. And it seems that the terrorists, and really the world at large, have not gotten that message yet.
