The terrorist Hussein Nazia Barji served as an engineer with extensive experience in the unit, and was responsible for establishing infrastructure for the production of precision surface-to-surface missiles. His elimination was intended to harm Hezbollah’s reconstruction efforts after Operation “Northern Arrows.” Barji’s activities were a blatant violation of the understanding between Israel and Lebanon.
