Where is Palestine?
Let’s get some facts straight. The land of Judea was renamed Syria Palaestina by the Romans to try to destroy any connection of the Jews to the land of Judea. Spoiler alert: They failed. Yes, much of the world has sadly believed that the Jews have no connection to Israel. But at the end of the day, they failed. Because the Jews have their own state and have returned to their ancient homeland. And the ancient Romans? Gone. Nothing left of them.
So that’s where the name Palestine came from. The “Palestinian” people were invented by Yasser Arafat in the 1960s. They tried to further erase the Jewish connection to the land of Israel, but history and archaeology keep popping up to prove how wrong they are.
“Settlers”
When the world calls Jews who live in Judea and Samaria “settlers,” they make it seem like a random group of people unassociated to the land came and settled the land. But in reality, these are Jews who belong in Judea and Samaria – hence the name, Judea. They are not settling anyone else’s land but their own.
