With the Russian incursion into Eastern Ukraine gaining steam, Europe has finally decided to disconnect itself from the allure of Russian oil and gas.
There is only one challenge. Where are the Western European countries suppose to get their gas from? Most observers, believe Israel’s potential as a gas exporter will expand and be actualized, allowing Europe to cut Russia off.
This explains why Putin has deployed a ton of military into Syira. After all, Putin’s cornering of Europe will only work if all other avenues are blocked. Israel is well aware that Putin may turn his sights on the Holy Land.
The surface to surface missile strike Israel carried out the other day against Syria, is an example of the kind of operation that if it goes wrong could have disastrous consequences for the Jewish State.
So will Russia come against Israel? Only if the IDF makes the kind of mistake that enables Putin to invade the Holy Land.
