WhatsappThese kinds of debates between pro-Arabs and pro-Israel spokesmen are fast becoming obsolete. What has for long been an argument about who has the truth on their side is fast becoming irrelevant. Even if Israel has all or most of the facts supporting their supposition that the State of Israel is historically Jewish land, the anti-Israel group of people simply do not care. They are not actually interested in dialogue. It is less a debate between truth and falsehood, and more a debate about right and wrong, good vs. evil.
The Arab supporters do not care about stolen land or non-stolen land. The Arab supporters do not care about the rights of Arabs. If they did, they would have woken up on October 7th when they realized that they were supporting baby killers and Arab rapists of Jewish women. But that didn’t bother them. Before Israel fired a single shot back at the Islamo-Nazi killers of Jews, the attacks on Israel grew – seemingly spontaneously – against Israel.
They were not spontaneous at all. There is a day-in, day-out, well-funded comprehensive deligitimize the State of Israel agenda that is being fought. It is basically a modern and classy form of anti-semitism. It never talks about Jews but it focuses on Israel. It always focuses on poor Arab children and women and ignores any human rights of Jews being attacked. It is an anti-Israel movement that claims the moral high ground while supporting rape and killing.
Well, that is because it has very little to do with truth and falsehood. It is about bringing the State of Israel to a point of destruction by justifying every single attack on Israel as a reasonable response to Israel’s supposed horrible human rights record. So Israel can argue endlessly about how moral and careful it is in battle But the defensive posture will not succeed in changing minds. The only proper form of response is to speak loudly and clearly in a manner that paints the accusers in clear tones as supporters of baby killers and rape of Jewish women. Israel’s spokesmen must be in a constant state of attacking and delegitimizing the Arab attackers.
There really is no room for debate anymore just as Churchill was correct in noting that there was no point in meeting up with Adolf Hitler before World War II in order to appease him. Hitler and the German people who took part in the Nazi atrocities for 5+ years could not be reasoned with. They needed to be killed, subdued, disarmed, and reeducated for a generation. Nothing else would have worked. Animals understand force. They understand enormous force even more. The sooner that Israel and the Western world realizes these harsh realities, the less the cost will be in the ultimate battle between civilizations that is occurring. Israel is on the frontlines, but this is much greater than a battle between Israel and its enemies.
Donald Trump understands this and so do many in the Republican wing of the USA. But those who do not are prolonging the ultimate battle between good and evil. It is time to choose sides.
