On September 2, 2022 Reuters reported “The European Union’s foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has received a response from Iran in the talks over a revival of the nuclear deal with the Islamic Republic and distributed it to all other participants in the negotiations, a spokesperson said.  “Right now everybody, is studying this response,” Borrell’s spokesman Peter Stano said on Friday.  “The way ahead will be – as always – discussed with all participants and the U.S.,” he added, referring to the other signatories of the 2015 agreement – Britain, China, France, Germany, Russia – and the United States.

Negotiations have been stalled with little progress since Biden decided he wanted to return to the disastrous deal from which Trump withdrew in 2018. On April 14, 2022 James Carafano wrote in the Heritage Foundation

As matters stand now, the new deal would be even worse than the original. Instead of the “stronger and longer” agreement we’d been promised, the deal now on the table is weaker and will shorten the time for Iran to become a nuclear power. Rather than prevent Iran from getting the bomb, it would pave the way for Tehran to become nuclear and empower its “sanction-free” global terroristic arm—the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.  The most likely outcome of these developments would be a devastating regional war between Israel and Iran, as Tel Aviv tries to prevent Tehran from achieving its stated goal of wiping Israel from the earth. This war would inevitably expand, with Iran attacking Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.  Even if there is no immediate war, it is only logical that Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Egypt would think it necessary to acquire nuclear arsenals to deter Iran—a dangerous situation that could also lead to a nuclear war.”

The EU’s support for the flawed Nuclear Deal with Iran is a threat to Israel.  On August 22, 2018 Benjamin Weinthal reported in Fox news that German foreign minister Heiko Maas said “…every day that the Iran [nuclear] agreement lasts, is better than the potentially explosive crisis that threatens the Middle East otherwise.”

Netanyahu proved that Iran lied when they denied ever pursuing nuclear weapons. How can Maas consider this irrelevant?

On April 30, 2018 Tim Hains wrote in Realclearpolitics “Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a special presentation Monday evening documenting what Israeli intelligence says is proof of a clandestine Iranian nuclear program. “Iran did not come clean on its nuclear program,” Netanyahu said, saying more than 100,000 Iranian documents obtained by Israel prove the JCPOA nuclear “deal is based on lies…Iran’s leaders repeatedly deny ever pursuing nuclear weapons,” Netanyahu said during a televised address carried by Israeli TV. “Tonight I’m here to tell you one thing: Iran lied.”

The JCPOA was a farse from day one as explained by Daniel Greenfield. On July 14 , 2015 Daniel Greenfield wrote in Frontpage Magazine that Obama signed the nuclear deal with Iran to cripple American power in the Middle East “…Obama did not go into this to stop Iran from going nuclear. He did it to turn Iran into the axis of the Middle East…supporting Iran is his way of blocking the power of his successors in the White House to pursue a more pro-American foreign policy.

Obama made this deal to cripple American power in the Middle East.

Iran get to keep its nuclear facilities, its reactors, including the hidden underground fortified Fordow facility which Obama had repeatedly stated was, “inconsistent with a peaceful program.”

The deal gives Iran a “peaceful” nuclear program with an equally peaceful ballistic missile program. It puts into place a complicated inspection regime that can be blocked by Iran and its backers. It turns Iran into the new North Korea and the new Saddam Hussein, lavishing money on it while running future administrations through a cat and mouse game of proving violations by the terrorist regime.

And Obama made sure the Iran deal was written to make the proof as hard to obtain as possible.

That hasn’t stopped Obama from lying and claiming that “Inspectors will have 24/7 access to Iran’s nuclear facilities.” Meanwhile France’s Foreign Minister, somewhat more accurately put it, “The IAEA will be able to gain access to Iran’s military sites, if necessary, under certain conditions.”

Iran will be able to stall for almost a month, offer alternatives, and then put the matter down to a vote. It will do this as many times as it can to wear down the nerves and attention of investigators. The practical process is routed through a separate roadmap which references separate arrangements and leaves the consequences unstated. It’s a bureaucratic rabbit hole with nothing at the other end.

Bureaucrats will pore over maps and argue over timetables for inspection schedules while Iran goes nuclear right under their noses.

The centrifuges will go on spinning and Iran will receive aid in developing its “peaceful” nuclear program. Obama’s $140 billion sanctions relief will flow into Iran’s weapons programs as Ayatollah Khamenei has ordered that “at least 5% of the public budget” go to the military with a special emphasis on “missile technology” for the terrorist state.

One of the first items on Iran’s shopping list will be Russia’s S300 missile system to keep Israel or a future American administration from taking out Iran’s nuclear program. But Iran is also pursuing ICBMs that can strike at Europe and America. Obama’s decision to phase out the ballistic missile sanctions on Iran will make it easier for Iran to build weapons that can destroy major American cities.

And Iran’s new cash will empower it to fund terrorism in Israel, America and around the world.

Obama claims to “have stopped the spread of nuclear weapons” by allowing Iran to keep enhancing its nuclear program and rewarding it with ballistic missiles for its “peaceful” intentions. He claims to have negotiated “from a position of strength and principle” when in fact he surrendered to the Iranians on position after position. Tehran negotiated from strength and principle. Obama sold out America…

Obama and Kerry have not made this deal as representatives of the United States, but as representatives of a toxic ideology that views America as the cause of all that is wrong in the world. This is not an agreement that strengthens us and keeps us safe, but an agreement that weakens us and endangers us negotiated by men who believe that a strong Iran is better than a strong America.

Their ideology is that of the screaming anti-war protester denouncing American forces and foreign policy anywhere and everywhere, whose worldview has changed little since crying, “Ho! Ho! Ho Chi Minh. NLF is going to win” in the streets. The only difference is that he now wears an expensive suit…”

In an interview recorded in the video below  on Jul 14, 2015 Obama said : “Iran Will Be And Should Be A Regional Power” (see video below)

Obama said Iran should be a regional power despite Iran’s calls to destroy Israel. On August 11,2016 Newsmax reported about “Khamenei’s Mein Kampf”: “Supreme ruler Ayatollah Khamenei of Iran has published a book on how to destroy Israel, arguing that his position is based on “well-established Islamic principles.”

The 416-page book is titled Palestine. An item on the books’ back cover describes Khamenei as “The flagbearer of Jihad to liberate Jerusalem.” The book explains that land that falls under Muslim rule, even briefly, can never again be ceded to non-Muslims, the Post reported. “What matters in Islam is ownership of a land’s government, even if the majority of inhabitants are non-Muslims.”

Khamenei also argues that Israel is a special case because the nation is a loyal “ally of the American Great Satan,” meaning the United States; because it has warred against Muslims on many occasions; and because Israel occupies Jerusalem, which Khamenei describes as “Islam’s third Holy City.”

Iranian leaders call Israel a “one bomb state” because it is so small it can be destroyed with only one bomb. Iran wants Israel’s destruction and they will use nuclear weapons to attack Israel if they are able to build them. Iran currently does not allow inspections in its military sites. David Albright President of the Institute for Science and International Security and Olli Heinonen former deputy director general of the IAEA wrote “…the Iranian authorities have repeatedly stated that its military sites are off limits to the IAEA, indicating that the IAEA currently has limited or no access to Iranian military sites. Such access is an essential part of a broader effort to verify Section T undertakings of Iran…The United States and its allies should press the IAEA to develop and establish an effective, credible verification regime under Section T that includes requests to access military sites…”

Rather than stopping the Iranian Nuclear program, the Nuclear Deal paves the way for Iran to build Nuclear weapons. Iran is still enriching Uranium, the inspectors don’t have access to Iran’s military sites and the sunset provision will allow Iran to do whatever it wants in less than 15 years. On October 14 the Jerusalem Post reported “…Netanyahu asserted that “If the Iran deal is left unchanged, one thing is absolutely certain- in a few years’ time, the world’s foremost terrorist regime will have an arsenal of nuclear weapons and that’s tremendous danger for our collective future.”

Iranian leaders have repeatedly called to wipe Israel off the map. Khamenei describes Israel as a “cancerous tumor” that has to be eliminated, and Former President Rafsanjani once called Israel a “one-bomb country” because it is so small it can be destroyed with only one bomb. Iran wants to destroy Israel and if it builds a nuclear bomb it will cause a Nuclear Holocaust.

Maas says that “…every day that the Iran [nuclear] agreement lasts, is better than the potentially explosive crisis that threatens the Middle East otherwise.” But the nuclear deal does not prevent a “potentially explosive crisis”, it paves the way for a nuclear holocaust.  What will cause a “potentially explosive crisis” is allowing Iran to develop nuclear weapons after they repeatedly said they want to destroy Israel.

Germany is a key member of the EU, without its approval the EU would not be able to support the Nuclear Deal with Iran that paves the way for a Nuuclear Holocaust. In 1996 Professor Daniel Goldhagen wrote the book “Hitler’s willing executioners” in which he claimed ordinary Germans, and not just Nazi leaders, were responsible for the Holocaust. Would Germans remain silent while its government paves the way for a new holocaust through a flawed nuclear deal?

There are 57 Islamic States but there is only one Jewish State smaller than NJ, would Germans remain silent while their politicians defend policies that endanger the only Jewish State?
