WhatsappThe IDF has launched a major offensive in Khan Yunis as it looks to further dismantle any remaining Hamas infrastructure in the southern Gazan city.
The IDF renewed its calls to Palestinians in the Khan Younis area of the southern Gaza Strip to evacuate to the Israeli designated humanitarian zone. In early July, the IDF ordered Palestinians in eastern Khan Younis to evacuate, before carrying out an operation there.
The remaining Gazans have been reported to have followed the IDF’s orders and fled to the coastal enclave called Al-Mawasi.
Under threat from Iran and Hezbollah, the IDF has launched fresh offensives in Khan Yunis and Rafah involving, special forces and armor divisions. The IDF continues to dismantle terror infrastructure across the enclave, while creating de facto facts on the ground for the day after.
