WhatsappA growing protest movement is beginning to shake Gaza and its not about attacking Israel, but rather focusing on the corrupt Hamas and Islamic Jihad rule.
Protests headed by Gazan Arabs are increasingly moving from social media into the real world, to condemn the terror-group, Hamas. These protests are part of the new “Bidna Na’ish” or “We Want to Live” Movement. The movement started in 2019 an erupts when Hamas and Islamic Jihad clamp down on the residents of Gaza who mostly live in poverty.
The recent eruption of violence is not being followed by media outlets and yet it threatens to spread across the seacoast enclave.
However, Middle East expert Dr Michael Barak insists that despite the growing protest movement, it would take a lot to overthrow either terrorist group as they have all the weapons and backing. Despite this, the growing protest movement is still significant and show that despite Hamas and Islamic Jihad’s control, many residents are beginning to wake up that it is the terror masters on the top that are responsible for their problems.
