But Douglas Murray understands what even Israeli Prime Minister does not want to admit. Israel must absolutely rid Gaza of Hamas terrorists and deradicalize the population. But this will never happen unless Israel completely takes over the area and stops trying to fool itself into thinking that any other option is truly feasible.
Israel has tried literally every possible option of allowing Arabs to run their own society. Every time it has turned into a platform for terror against Israel. The fact is that the only method to insure a demilitarized area anywhere in Israel is for the Israel Defense Forces to be in charge. Hamas exists only in order to kill Jews. The only way to keep that from happening is to destroy them completely. Yes. It’s that simple.
