WhatsappAntisemitism has indeed consumed the entire Democrat party – yes, the entire Democrat party – in that it now accepts antisemitism as a perfectly reasonable mindset. Today, the same is on its way to becoming the norm in the Republican party. That is unless a sufficient number of people stand up to the new leaders of the antisemitic wave. Will that happen in the younger generation? It is hard to see how – especially now that Charlie Kirk is gone.

The truth is that many in the leadership of the Republican party have been standing up to the pressure of Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens and others who have made the fateful move to come out of the closet and expose their hatred of the Jewish people. Many Senators, talkshow hosts, and senior commentators have not hid their antipathy with Tucker and the others.
But the younger generation is not at all holding in the same place. They are more readily influenced by the likes of Nick Fuentes and others than by Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson. They are more incl;ined towards scapegoating than they are towards choosing to become responsible adults. It is just plain easier to blame the Jews than to face the facts and blame oneself for one’s problems.
Bill Maher, the sane liberal, is willing to look in the mirror and see imperfection. That is rare in today’s day and age. If only more liberals would be willing to call out antisemitism in their midst as he has been willing to.
