The heart of London was in lockdown after the attack that injured several pedestrians.
The terrorists sped up his car in order to ram into the innocent bystanders. Then he sped up and crashed right into a security barrier. The terrorist was quickly apprehended by the police and counter-terror forces. They immediately came to the scene of the car ramming attack and ended the attack.

Police reported that the attack appears to be deliberate. For now, the assumption is that it is a terror attack. The driver was arrested, but he is not yet cooperating with the police. No other suspects exist yet.
Scotland Yard reports that the terrorists injured a total of three people. Two of them are in a hospital for treatment. One man is already out of the hospital. One woman has serious injuries, but her life is not in danger.
