At a recent debate in New Hampshire, Buttigieg a military veteran attacked President Trump’s assassination of Qassem Soleimani, a ruthless terrorist who killed and injured 1000s.
While there are many policy differences between Trump and the Democrats, offing terrorist leaders have in the past been a bi-partisan point of agreement. With “Mayor Pete” as many followers call him, that piece of bi-partisanship has been tossed out.
While it may seem extreme to be against Soleimani’s death, the Democratic party only cares about attacking Trump. The logic is not that it is bad to kill terrorists, but that you have know what you are doing. “Mayor Pete” believes he does.
