WhatsappMike Huckabee, former Governor of Arkansas, presidential candidate, and close friend to Donald Trump, is now in the critical role of US Ambassador to Israel. His outspokenness in his public support for Israel is a direct continuation of his support for Israel that he has consistently stood up for.
As opposed to nearly every other diplomat who serves in Israel, Huckabee’s understanding of Israel is much deeper than nearly all others. He has been visiting Israel way longer than others, way before he became a politician. He is a person who genuinely values the aspect of the Jewish State being the Chosen Land for the Jewish People since the time of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. There was no need for the new Ambassador to become acquainted with his new role. He has literally visited Israel over 100 times in the past several decades.
Huckabee has no qualms saying that he would not have taken any other offer in the public sector except for the job of becoming the Ambassador to Israel. What a pleasure it is to have such a staunch supporter of Israel in the critical role of US Ambassador to Israel.
