Unbelievable Voices from Washington: The Time for Sovereignty in Judea & Samaria is Now

Something unbelievable is happening in Washington, D.C.—and I’m not just talking about Netanyahu’s historic visit as the first foreign leader to meet with President Trump since his inauguration.

We are witnessing a massive shift in the way American leadership is talking about Judea and Samaria, and it could not be more exciting!

A Historic Letter from Congressman Andy Harris

Let’s start with Congressman Andy Harris of Maryland, who just sent a powerful letter to Prime Minister Netanyahu—one that every Israeli and every freedom-loving American needs to hear.

Harris writes:

“The State of Israel has overcome a terrible tragedy and has risen from it in an inspiring way. Many of us have visited the Israeli communities in the border region with Gaza and have witnessed the horrors firsthand. It is absolutely clear to us that this invasion must never happen again.”

He then cites the Knesset resolution, which states:

“The establishment of a Palestinian state in the heart of the Land of Israel would constitute an existential threat to the State of Israel and its citizens, perpetuate the Israeli-Arab conflict, and destabilize the region.”

And then, Harris makes his crystal-clear stance:

“As a member of the U.S. Congress, I stand with you in this decision and pledge to support you unwaveringly, especially in the wake of the war that began on October 7. The people of Israel have a historical and national right to the Land of Israel, from the river to the sea. I support a strong Israel and firmly oppose the introduction of any such terrorist entity that threatens Israel’s integrity, especially in the heart of its biblical homeland.

Thank you Congressman Harris!

I personally know Congressman Harris, and when I visited D.C. in December on my Yes! Israel trip project following Trump’s election victory, I had the privilege of hearing his message of support for Israel firsthand. Congressman Harris’ letter was thanks to the work of Ruthie Liberman, who I work with on our Yes! Israel Project, which is a pro-Israel advocacy organization dedicated to strengthening the US-Israel alliance via relationship-building and educating policymakers about Israel’s strategic, historical, and biblical significance.

This is Historic

Did you read what he wrote in his letter to Netanyahu? From the river to the sea.

This is Congressman Andy Harris of the United States Congress affirming the full historical, national, and biblical right of the Jewish people to our land.

This is huge. But it doesn’t stop there.

Congresswoman Elise Stefanik – A Bold Stand for Israel

Last week, during her nomination hearings for U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik was asked a direct question:

“Does Israel have a biblical right to the entire West Bank?”

Her answer? “Yes.”

She didn’t hesitate. She didn’t qualify it. She affirmed in no uncertain terms that Israel has a biblical right to Judea and Samaria.

But she didn’t stop there.

Stefanik also vowed to fight back against the blatant Jew-hating antisemitism at the United Nations, stating:

“If you look at the antisemitic rot within the United Nations, there are more resolutions targeting Israel than any other country, any other crisis, combined. We need to be a voice of moral clarity on the U.N. Security Council and at the United Nations at large for the world to hear the importance of standing with Israel, and I intend to do that.”

And this is so important because Jew-hating antisemitism is a cancer in any society or institution.

Whatever starts with the Jews never ends with the Jews.

Stefanik’s commitment to fighting antisemitism isn’t just about Israel—it’s about making America and the world safer for everyone.

And then, to top it all off…

President Trump on Judea and Samaria

Just yesterday, President Donald Trump was asked in the Oval Office about annexation of Judea and Samaria.

His response?

“It’s a small country in terms of land. See this pen? This wonderful pen? My desk is the Middle East, and this pen, the top of the pen, is Israel.”

This is HUGE.

Never before have we had a better opportunity to finally do what must be done:

For Netanyahu and the Israeli government to apply sovereignty over our biblical heartland of Judea and Samaria.

Why Now? What’s Different?

Since Israel’s miraculous liberation of Judea and Samaria in the 1967 war, consecutive Israeli governments have failed to apply sovereignty.

And let’s be honest:

Our enemies—and even our allies—have seen this as weakness.

Because what kind of nation refuses to claim its own ancestral homeland?

What kind of people voluntarily offer to give away their biblical, historical land to an enemy population, that was literally invented by the KGB in the 1960s to destroy Israel?

Instead of applying sovereignty upon liberating Judea & Samaria in 1967, consecutive Israeli governments have:

Treated Judea & Samaria as a negotiating carrot
Offered it up in exchange for a delusional peace process
Allowed an enemy educated with a 1,400-year-old Islamic jihadi ideology to continue its war against us

But today, the reality is finally pushing all forces to understand that sovereignty must be applied.

We Now Have the Data

A recent poll we commissioned at Pulse of Israel, together with the Sovereignty Movement, revealed:

68% of Israelis support sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.
71% of Israelis oppose the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Israelis overwhelmingly support sovereignty.

Not just because it’s our ancestral homeland, but because it’s the only way to protect ourselves from the enemies that continue to murder Jews and wage war to destroy Israel.

Netanyahu and our government can no longer ignore the will of the people!

And Now, We Have Trump’s Support

We now have an American administration that understands the importance of Israeli sovereignty.

Where Do We Go From Here?

We hope and pray that the Trump-Netanyahu meeting not only:

Gives the green light to end the nuclear threat from Iran
Paves the way for total victory against Hamas in Gaza
Ensures total victory against Hezbollah in Lebanon

But also lays the groundwork for full Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria.

Understand, regardless of what is decided now, we are heading in the right direction.

The trajectory is positive.

It will all get done.

It’s not a question of IF, but WHEN!

Final Message: Stand Strong for Israel

“Now is the time. We must stand strong, we must demand what is rightfully ours, and we must secure the future of Israel for generations to come. Because we are the frontline of the freedom-loving world. The world is watching. And we will not be stopped.”

Am Yisrael Chai!
