Yishai Fleisher nailed it. This is exactly how we need to view Israel and what’s happening. It’s the truth. Yishai did not say that everything is perfect. It’s not. But we aren’t talking about perfection. We are talking about reality. And the reality is, Israel is remarkable. Israel and the Jewish people are not falling apart like the haters want. We are flourishing and thriving. We are strong and determined. And we are proudly moving back to our ancient homeland. Think about the fact that so many Jewish people worldwide are coming home—despite the physical threats that surround us!
More and more Jews are waking up to the truth and the fact that the only place for the Jewish people is in the land of Israel. This is where our future is. This is where you can live G-d’s Torah. Israel is where you can walk in the footsteps of our forefathers from thousands of years ago. Who would want to pass up on that opportunity?
So yes, there are challenges. But the Israel haters can’t stand that we embrace those challenges and grow from them. We are far from falling apart, thank G-d. And the world needs to know that. The Jewish people are proudly being Jewish! The haters can keep hating, but we will just keep growing and strengthening our Judaism.
