Check out what Kippalive did in such a busy area in Israel’s capital – the Jerusalem shuk. You’re going to love this video!

Uplifting the Jewish People at the Jerusalem Shuk

The Jerusalem Shuk, or Machane Yehuda/Jerusalem Marketplace, is a busy area in Jerusalem. It’s a place filled with different products to buy – from fruit, candy, and nuts, to suitcases and clothing. There are restaurants and fish stores. Tourists and Israelis alike love it there. They love buying different products and the hustle and bustle. They love the atmosphere. And what better place for the Jewish acapella group, Kippalive, to sing about G-d and the strength of the Jewish people than in such a busy place where everyone can hear!

This video is uplifting. What this band did is a reminder that the Jewish people are unbreakable. We respond to darkness by adding more light and love. We respond to hatred and fear by showing more faith in G-d and connection to one another. We might be in the middle of a war, but that won’t stop the Jewish people from being proud and singing and dancing.

The songs that Kippalive sang here are about the Jewish people not being afraid because we have G-d and He protects us. Having that faith is comforting. And having a Jewish band sing that to all those passing by is inspiring. We must keep being strong! The redemption has begun. We just have to keep holding on a bit longer…
