Texan-born Ari Abramowitz, who is now a proud Israeli soldiers living in the Judean Hills, lays it out so clearly – the Jews who live in Judea and the rest of the State of Israel live in their own ancestral homeland. Any notion of the Jewish people being occupiers of their own homeland is an absurdity that is divorced from reality. Once cannot occupy their own home. They can only return to their own home.
On the other hand, the Arabs that live in Gaza and across the Land of Israel are the recent immigrants to the area. Their claim is rarely more than one to two generations old. But even if it is a stronger claim than that, there is one truth that must be repeated again and again.
Once a people uses the area they live in as a launching pad to destroy their neighboring country, the country being attacked then has the moral and legal right to respond and take the land from where they have been attacked. There is not a single country in the world that could sustain the idea of a neighboring country building a network of tens of miles of terror tunnels to launch endless attacks against it.
Back in the early 1960’s, The United States basically panicked at the idea of Cuba having missiles able to attack it. President John F. Kennedy properly stopped everything to get rid of the threat on the doorstep of the United States. The Ukraine has learned the hard way what it means to have a threatening Russia massing weapons on its doorstep.
Even if the idea of the United States “taking” Greenland sounds rather crazy, it is based on simple logic that is also focused on the safety of the U.S. The shortest path for Russia to threaten the Western Hemisphere may be via Greenland, and Donald Trump does not want to allow that path to be available to the threatening bad actors of the world.
What unites all of these seemingly disparate ideas is the simple idea that without security and safety, there is nothing else. Many Western countries and cities are about to learn this the hard way as their immigration policies are leading them towards a state of anarchy. Israel is struggling with the effects of failed pipe dream policies such as the Oslo-based “give the Arabs weapons policy” from the early 90’s, and the “kick the Jews out of Gaza” operation in 2025. These two catastrophes have led to the October 7th debacle and the tragic deaths of more than 2,000 Israeli civilians and soldiers from terror attacks and wars from Gaza.
Things were not great before the 2005 decision to kick the Jews out of Gaza. But they became exponentially worse afterwards. When the Jewish people go back to doing what they are supposed to be doing and resettle their Homeland proudly and without regard for those who scream and yell lies at them, then the security and well-being of the Jewish people will be enhanced.
