Israel finally did it. In an air attack authorized by Prime Minister Netanyahu when he was in the USA, the IAF dropped 83 tons of explosives on the Dahiya neighborhood in Beirut, killing the arch terror leader Hassan Nasrallah and many more terrorists.
More than 20 other terrorists of varying ranks, who were present at the underground headquarters in Beirut located beneath civilian buildings, and were managing Hezbollah’s terrorist operations against the State of Israel, were also eliminated.
Among the terrorists eliminated:
* Ibrahim Hussein Jazini – Head of Nasrallah’s Security Unit.
* Samir Tawfiq Dib – Nasrallah’s long-time confidant and advisor on terrorist activities.
* Abed al-Amir Muhammad Sablini – Head of Hezbollah’s Force-Build Up.
* Ali Naaf Ayoub – responsible for coordinating Hezbollah’s firepower.
Ibrahim Hussein Jazini and Samir Tawfiq Dib were among Nasrallah’s closest associates. Due to their proximity to him, they served a significant role in the day-to-day operations of Hezbollah and Nasrallah in particular.
Hezbollah is now in complete disarray and no matter what it does it cannot stop Israel from finishing it off. Already, there are reports of IDF commandoes having crossed the northern border with Lebanon. They are considered to be the first of many units being sent in to secure the South Lebanon in order to ensure Israelis can return to their homes in the North of Israel.
With half a million Shiite Muslim occupiers having fled Southern Lebanon, the IDF can protect the Druze and Maronite Christian communities there for the foreseeable future. Expect, South Lebanon to be administered by local Druze and Christian leaders and those leaders choosing to be part of Israel’s broader security apparatus. This will ensure the Jihadists can not come back in – ever.
After all, strength does bring peace.
